We would like to introduce a case of custom solutions we have implemented. We have integrated a general-purpose label printer into the system, controlling the print content and the number of prints, achieving a three-in-one automation system that automatically affixes labels after writing. In the automatic programming system, when specifying the number of device writes at the start of system operation, it is possible to automatically print labels for identification purposes based on that information after the writing is complete, and affix them to the written devices. As a result, the necessary number of labels is printed automatically from production information, and label affixing within the writing process is also automated, reducing work errors and achieving process reduction and increased productivity.
